Our global logistics network allows us to serve customers across all regions with secure and trackable shipping.

Shipping Coverage

We ship worldwide to most countries. Delivery services are available for the United States, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa as part of our main shipping regions. Delivery to other locations may be available depending on courier coverage and local regulations.

If shipping to your country is temporarily unavailable, this will be indicated at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes 2 to 4 business days for processing before dispatch. During new collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Time

For the United States, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa, estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch.

For other destinations, delivery may take up to 15 to 18 business days depending on courier networks and customs clearance.

Please note that these are general estimates only and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspection, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Tracking information is provided directly by our logistics partners and may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and total order value.
Occasionally, we offer complimentary shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Any duties, import taxes, or customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer, as these are determined by local authorities.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Urban Edit cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with our logistics partners to investigate and support an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
